Online Training Packages:
Online Personal Training – Three easy-to-follow set-by-set/ rep-by-rep workouts, which include both cardio and resistance training. Programs can be designed and sent bi-weekly or monthly. ($85)
Nutrition Guidance – Three weeks of healthy meals to complement your fitness program, whether you are training for an event or aiming to lean out or build muscle. This is NOT a prescribed diet. ($100)
