As your personal trainer – online or on location – I will provide you with a safe and effective fitness program, guide you through healthy nutrition choices, and keep you motivated to reach your goals, acting as your very own personal support system.

Your personalized fitness program includes:

  • Fitness Assessment (on location); Phone Consultation (online)
  • Weekly Fitness Program
  • Nutrition Guidance
  • Private YogaFit Session (for an additional fee, combine this with your personalized fitness program) on location training only.

Trained in YogaFit, I provide an active blend of strength, balance, flexibility and power elements into my yoga style to inspire my students to challenge themselves on the mat, as well as in every adventure or sport they enjoy in life. I believe that yoga is a wonderful complement to any fitness or athletic program. My style appeals to those who seek a wonderful yogic experience through an alternative approach to the traditional yoga practice.

Fitness & Figure Coaching:

Are you ready to take your fitness training to the next level? From your workouts to your meal plans to your head-to-toe tan, being “stage ready” takes discipline, desire and knowledge. I will create a pre-contest plan just for you, so you will be able to step on stage with a great physique, big smile and a whole lot of confidence!

Your 8-week-, 6-week- or 4-week-program includes:

  • Initial consultation to discuss your goals
  • Pre-contest meal plans and supplement suggestions to help “show off” your hard work
  • Weekly workouts (easy to follow set-by-set and rep-by-rep workouts to keep your body
    performing at its best)
  • Photo evaluations to track progress

Online Personal Training – 4 weeks of easy-to-follow set-by-set/ rep-by-rep workouts. Workouts include both cardio and weight-training programs. ($85)

Online Personal Training w/ Weekly Phone Consultation – 4 weeks of easy-to-follow set-by-set/ rep-by-rep workouts with a follow-up phone consultation at the end of each workout week. Workouts include both cardio and weight-training programs. ($100)

Nutrition Guidance – 4 weeks of meals, along with supplementation suggestions, to help you reach your personal fitness goals; whether it be to lean out, gain muscle mass, or lose weight.  ($85)

Contest Prep – Includes phone consultation to discuss your competition goals, pre-contest meal plans and supplement suggestions to help “show off” your hard work, weekly workouts of weights and cardio, photo evaluations to track progress, final week consultation to be sure that you are prepared for your show, post-show analysis, and 100% support and motivation. (8-weeks; $650) (6-weeks; $450) (4-weeks; $250)
